Write-ups
A collection of write-ups I’ve published across various platforms.
- Capture the Flag (CTFs) are hacking challenges where you attempt to find a text string (the “flag”) in purposefully vulnerable programs or websites. Generally aligned with red-team: penetration testing, ethical hacking, bug bounties, etc.
- Labs are guided technical exercises that simulate real-world security scenarios with structured walkthroughs. They focus on skill-building through repetition and tool familiarity across areas such as network analysis, malware triage, and log review.
- Investigations are in-depth, structured process of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting evidence to understand cyberattacks. Unlike labs, these are unguided and there’s no written walk-throughs available publicly for them. Encompasses blue-team: SOC, DIFR, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, etc.

Cisco Packet Tracer
A byte size collection of labs I’ve done in Cisco Packet Tracer (though very few are not). These labs include configuring, troubleshooting, and administering of a variety of different networking protocols. In addition to networking devices (primarily Cisco routers/switches).
